14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Voldara pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or strong odors (like perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.
Important Hygiene & Safety Exception
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, certain items have strict return limitations:
- Panties, thongs, and swimwear bottoms: These items cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened, removed, or damaged.
- Bras, corsets, sleepwear, and thermal layers: These items are eligible for return, provided they are completely unworn, unwashed, and in their exact original condition with all tags attached.
We kindly ask that you always try on swimwear and intimate bottoms over your own underwear to ensure compliance with these hygiene standards. Any items returned with signs of wear, makeup, or strong odors will be rejected and sent back to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at contact@voldara.com within 14 days of receiving your package to authorize your return. Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once authorized, pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. All returns must be sent directly to our central facility at the following address:

Return Shipping Costs & International Returns
As we serve a global customer base, please be aware that all returns are processed at our central facility in the United States. Customers are fully responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our US facility (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Original Shipping Costs: If you are returning your entire order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the original standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase, in full compliance with EU/UK consumer protection laws. Please note that any expedited or express delivery upgrades chosen at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our US facility and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously inspect our garments, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@voldara.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
