Voldara Shipping Policy

At Voldara, we believe that premium comfort and modern style should reach you wherever you are. We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs.

Order Processing

After your purchase is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, carefully pack, and prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery Times & Options

We operate with a network of international warehouses to bring you our premium collections. Important: The estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are shipping transit times and commence AFTER the processing period. (Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time).

We offer:

 Free Standard Delivery: Takes between 6 to 12 business days after dispatch to countries (including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands).

Please note that public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and unexpected carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times, which are outside of our direct control.

Order Tracking

We keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive automated email updates regarding your package's journey. You can also track your order's real-time progress directly on our website through our dedicated Order Tracking page using your order number and email.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Voldara is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or because it remained "unclaimed" at the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Alternatively, if a refund is requested for a returned package due to these reasons, the original shipping cost incurred by Voldara will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Taxes and Duties (European Union):

For orders shipped to the European Union (EU), all VAT and customs duties are already included in your purchase price. Your order will be delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you will not be charged any hidden or extra customs fees upon delivery. We handle all the import processes so you can simply enjoy your new Voldara pieces.
